Welcome to TaylorMae Coaching, founded by siblings Ronan and Robyn. Our journeys began as teenagers with no prior experience or knowledge about the world of health and fitness — and grew, side by side, into a coaching practice built on supporting people the way we wish we had been supported.
At the ages of 16 (Robyn) and 18 (Ronan), we embarked on our individual journeys fuelled by our mutual determination and a desire to transform our physiques and live healthier lives.
Our dedication was our driving force. Through sheer hard work and learning from mistakes along the way, we not only transformed our own bodies but also gained invaluable insights into the world of fitness. Our journeys taught us the importance of supporting one another and staying motivated even when faced with obstacles.
Our shared passion for health and fitness led us to establish TaylorMae Coaching, where we embarked on a professional path, becoming certified fitness coaches. TaylorMae stands as a testament to our commitment to assisting others in achieving their fitness and lifestyle goals. We invite you to join the family, where our knowledge — coupled with your determination — will pave the way for transformative results.

With over a decade in fitness, I've transformed both my body and mindset through diverse training styles. But I didn't always have guidance — I had to figure a lot of it out alone when I first started out.
Now, I'm here to be the coach I wish I had, helping women like you build strength, confidence, and lifelong habits to be proud in your body.
My journey started at 16, stepping into the gym to lose weight with no plan, until my older brother pushed me to challenge myself. That push led me to weight training, CrossFit, competing in bodybuilding, and now hybrid training — constantly evolving to become my strongest self, inside and out.
Beyond training, I'm passionate about fuelling my body for performance. I live to eat, train hard, and discover what I'm capable of.
Fitness has given me resilience, discipline, and self-belief, and I want to help you discover the same. Whether you're stepping into the gym for the first time or levelling up your performance, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
Let's build the healthiest, strongest version of you.
I first stepped in the gym as a small, skinny and insecure 18 year old. I have now spent the last 10 years pursuing a range of physical and mental ventures, experiencing different forms of fitness and discovering myself along the way.
At 21, I joined a kickboxing gym, falling in love with the physical training and building the mental toughness I sought. One fight required a rigorous camp and weight cut from 76kg to 68kg — a mentally and physically demanding experience which provided invaluable lessons on the mind-body connection.
I worked with a Strength and Conditioning coach during camp. Initially focused on body preparation, it then fuelled a passion for targeted strength training. Over five years in kickboxing and MMA, my commitment to weightlifting — bulking up to 91.6kg — and engaging in powerlifting and Olympic lifting surpassed predicted personal bests, significantly enhancing both physique and mental resilience.
For a little while my sister and I had spoken about possibly entering a bodybuilding competition to push ourselves and see what condition we could get our bodies into. I found a coach that was a perfect fit, and after a three-month prep I stepped on stage and placed in the top three of my Men's Physique category with an invite to the GB Finals.
I am blessed to have a sister and best friend that has been through a very similar journey, who has been there to support me throughout mine. Now, we want to work as a team to deliver that same support to you — helping you achieve your goals and become the person you want to be.

If you can't message your coach, you don't have a coach. Direct, honest, real-time support every single week.
No copy-paste programmes. Your training and nutrition are built around your body, your gym and your life.
No crash diets. No 12-week miracles. We build habits that survive holidays, busy weeks, and bad days.
